Jill Nebeker has been a student of yoga for twenty years. Yes, she’s probably older than you:-) She completed Scott Anderson’s Alignment Yoga program in Madison, WI in 2012. Power, balance and movement in sport originates in the hips so that’s where her practice starts but not where it
ends. In her classes, you’ll be guided through meditation, pre-yoga stretching, and vinyasa flows, with an emphasis on body alignment that allows strength over the range of motion. Jill loves the space that a group of yoga practitioners can create together and looks forward to moving with you.
