GROUP LESSONS
Learning in a group over several sessions is the best way to hone skills and find a social group with a shared interest in Nordic Skiing. Designed for brand new Nordic Skiers, our Passport lessons are your best bang for your buck!
There is no better way for you to test the waters of Nordic skiing than our award-winning, nationally recognized learn to ski and skate BEGINNER program!
During the session, qualified instructors introduce you to a new snow sport in a beginner-friendly learning environment. Session includes four lessons, unlimited equipment usage for the current season*, and a Nordic season pass at the completion of all four lessons.
Depending on the program your choose, either your first two lessons teach classic Nordic ski technique and the second two classes teach Nordic skate ski technique, or all four lessons teach you the skate ski technique.
Classes size is limited, advanced reservation is required in person or over the phone.

Nordic Passport Package
Details
- Passport Package ( 4 Lessons + Unlimited Equipment Use + Season Pass)
- Classic and Skate Ski
- Beginner Ability Level ONLY
- Must be 13 years old by the start date of the session
- Classes meet in front of the Frontier Point Lodge
- Regular Passport begins at 9:30 am, so check in by 9:15 am.
- Lessons are 60 minutes in length and capped at 15 skiers per session
- Winter Passport Session receive a 2023/24 Frontier Point Trail Season Pass upon completion

Nordic Skate Ski Passport Package

- All Private Lessons must be scheduled and completed by January 30, 2024

Instructors
Bogus Basin instructors utilize techniques endorsed by the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) and the American Association of Snowboard Instructors (AASI).
REFUND/CREDIT Policy
All Bogus Basin lesson fees are non-refundable. Any changes to lesson reservations must be made 48 hours before the lesson. Bogus Basin credits are only issued for medical conditions or relocations that prevent attendance. Contact us before the scheduled lesson if a participant cannot attend due to an illness, injury, or relocation. We require documentation from your medical provider to process a credit. No-call / No-shows forfeit lesson fees. We do not offer make-ups lessons and do not cancel lessons due to weather or snow conditions.
