Half-Day Mountain Bike Clinics

  • Includes 2-hour clinic – Lift access is NOT included with the clinic
  • Riders must be at least 13 years old to participate in Mountain Bike School – Guest height and weight is required for purchase
  • Helmets are required
  • Elbow & knee pads are highly recommended and included in all rental packages
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session time
  • Check in at the Retail Shop located on the JR Simplot Plaza next to the Ticket Office

Cancellation Policy

All session fees are non-refundable. Any changes to session reservations must be made 48 hours in advance of the session. Contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend due to an illness or injury. A Bogus Basin Credit will only be issued for medical conditions & relocations. We do not offer make-ups for missed sessions. No-shows will forfeit session fees. All sessions and equipment are subject to availability.


Bogus Basin is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to engaging the community to provide accessible, affordable, and fun year-round mountain recreation and education. Opened in 1942, Bogus Basin offers 2,600 acres of daytime skiable terrain, and 165 acres for night skiing; seven lifts and two people-moving carpets; and an 800-foot tubing hill. The Nordic Center offers 37 kilometers of groomed trails. Summer activities include mountain biking, amphitheater events, disc golf, private events, and hiking. Bogus Basin is located 16.5 miles north of Boise, Idaho and operates under a special use permit with the Boise National Forest. www.bogusbasin.org.
